Painted F Design for Infiniti Q50 V37 Sedan 4DR Roof Window Visor Spoiler 14 15 | eBay
Looks very similar to the Extreme3
INFINITI '14+ Q50 SEDAN PAINTED EXTREME 3RD. ROOF SPOILER Nissan Skyline
Not sure about the quality, but took the chance.
Oh, this will be installed on my Q50S.

I found out that it is the same Extreme spoiler, but at a lower cost...I guess it worked out pretty good.
There was a bit of fitment issue, but nothing that was preventing me from keeping mine.

Just ordered and installed one of these as a Birthday present for myself.
Wish I would have done this earlier. Ranks up there with the OEM Spoiler as one of those no-brainer mods. The only complaint I have is that the finish on the spoiler looks better than the OEM paint job on my car :-)
Excellent experience from start to finish. Even the wife said "that looks like it should have come with the car"
Note that I have since pulled up the left side and lined it up a little better than what's shown in the pics.
Did the install alone with a little help from some masking tape (needed for alignment).
Special thanks to Rochester for his write-up and insight.
