The traction rating on these bad boys are AA so I believe that they are pretty soft. Handling is incredible now. I'm very please with them. As for a BOAT..... Break Out Another Thousand! Can't do it, LOL

Blnewt & warped ideas, great pics!! Nice to see a clean car!

Those PSS have massive water channels. I've noticed that every time I've seen them on a car, but it stands out even more in warped ideas picture. It's amazing they still have so much dry grip, potentially more than the RE050a

I hope coupes are welcome here!

I tossed my old winter tires on today. Booked an appointment to put my new winter tires on these wheels for the last week of October. This pic was taken right after I lowered the rear; the wheel looks really oddly placed in the wheel well. I need a wash.

While down there I pulled the heat shields off my OEM cats. They were rattling around but still took a few tugs to separate the top and bottom pieces. Took a few minutes of manipulating the tops to get them out.

Checked up on my rear differential bushing. This picture was taken with all wheels on the ground (actually taken in the position shown in the first image). The bottom "bladder" is compressed and can be pressed easily with my finger. No idea if this is normal. Need more opinions. I have a feeling I'll upgrade anyways, just need to bite the bullet.

While I had the wheels off, I inspected my Goodridge SS lines. I was worried they may be rubbing on one of the rear arms. No signs of rubbing

Tried to clean some pine tree sap off my glass with Stoner's Invisible Glass but it didn't work No pics of that.

I was going to say GTFO of here with that Coupe, but you took great photos and were totally on-topic. Well done.

Waxed the car for the first time this weekend and all I can say is wow, they call it vibrant red for a reason:

I'm at work and trying to work through all of the blocks but hopefully the Youtube link works.

I've been doing a little research on some sort of side turn signal lights on my G, which I feel are needed for a safer lane change. I didn't like the idea of putting a hole in my fender and installing a separate light, and reading another thread with the mirror modification seemed like too much work.

So here's what I came up with....
Bought the LED strip at autozone for $16 and had my favorite stereo shop do the install.

Can you see it flashing from the driver's seat? It looks like it's flashing directly into your eyes. Maybe not.

Looks like it would be very distracting by the video, nice idea and if it's not disrupting your view while it's blinking then

Sure be nice if Infiniti just had side markers on our cars though

Wink

For my G... over the last two days, I disassembled the garage doors one hinge at a time, lubricated, and re-installed with nyloc nuts... instead of the standard nuts, half of which were backed off and/or missing. I also replaced all the extension return springs, and calibrated the spring rate to the doors.

You might think all this attention is because Super Garage. Haha, no. Not at all. It's an 85 year old structure, with probably a 50 year old set of garage doors, and I haven't serviced the hinges ever, although I did replace the springs 10 years ago. Things are pretty grungy. I'd take pictures, but it's just a lame garage, and the hardware looks like pooh.

Functions like a champ, though!

My windows have a pretty dark tint, so no headaches just yet from the lights. I'm just thrilled to see lights when switching lanes.
