I straight pipes and removed the mufflers off my 09 over a year ago and I'm still in love with it every time I start it up and take it for a drive.

quick question:
since I have a baby and a 2 year old in the back seat. would a muffler delete be too loud for them? my main concern is to make sure its not loud/annoying for them.

If you have a coupe, yes. I just did one and not entirely sure if I like it. I've never done a muffler delete before, and for the coupe it kinda reminds me of the Meisterschaft exhaust.

I'm in the same boat, 5 and 1 though. From all the videos that screwston has posted and explained, it's only loud over 3 rpm's so cruising at highway speed shouldn't be an issue. I'm actually planning on doing this once my car gets out of the shop.

true but still as a parent, i am a little worried. screwston will you do us parents a favor and put the camera in the rear seat for sound volume?
maybe dl the db app and drive around on highway speeds and normal street driving to see what the db is like in the car for front and back?

Babies & toddlers absolutely love loud exhausts. This is a fact.

Wives and teenage daughters, not so much.

Sure, I can do that sometime today. Sorry it took me a while to get back to you, I've been really busy.

I've had my muffler delete since my daughter was born and she's 9 months old now. Driven her around till she falls asleep in it many many times, so not too loud.
