Can this be replaced?

I find this odd, this is a 2011 G37s sedan with 6000miles, have it since new and has never slept a night outside. Is this normal (looks like rust stains)? Can/will the dealer fix/replace this? Btw these are the rock ship protectors below the rear doors.

Thanks in advance!

Try cleaning them? Looks like built up residue imo

To answer your question, I'm certain the dealership would replace them if they took a look at it. My guys replaced my splash guards because the color didn't quite match my car….it still doesn't…but at least it was replaced?

Are you referring to the edges of the clear skin? If so, it would be dirt and grime because the side skirts are made out of ABS plastic which should not rust.

exactly - not rust. And I doubt the dealer would replace. Looks like tar/road grime/just plain dirt.

This, clay bar the area and your car. You'd be surprised how much of the shine will return after a simple claybar. Also for the edges where there is dirt caught on the clear film, rub the claybar around that edge gently several times. Push against the edge of the clear sticker as you run it up and down and left to right.
