Windshield Washer Reservoir [with pictures]

UPDATE!: I hit the pump on the concrete ground a few times and it started to work again.

Posted this in g35driver.com but my car is up on jacks with the bumper off and id like to get this fixed as soon as possible .

Problem:
Windshield washer does not spray water.

What i have tried:
1.Checking to see if the hose is being pinched.
2.Needle inside the nozzles to open the holes up.
3. Had someone turn the wipers on to spray water and didn't hear any noise from the pump.

I checked both wires connecting to the reservoir and only one had a current going through it (the one connecting to the small pump).

This is the wire that connects to the small pump:

This is the small pump:

This is the wire with no current (not sure what this is for? anyone?)

This is where that wire connects too:

Not sure if there is a fuse for the washer but i did notice there is a fuse missing in the fuse box and its labeled "H/L wash", is this the issue? if not what is the fuse for?

(sorry for the upside down image)

Anyone have any advice?

The grey clip doesn't look right, it looks like it may be bent slightly because it looks a little crooked in the housing, can you get a better picture of it? My guess would be that it's either that or a bad pump.

If you have confirmed there is current to one wire in the grey connector (one is power, one is ground), then your circuit should be good. only one should have power when spraying i believe. probably needs a pump if you said it does not make any noise when someone is spraying it.

the brown connector is for the low fluid level sensor.

BTW the current is always there when the car is one. And there is no warning lights indicating i have low fluids even when i have everything taken off and "sensor" removed.

I meant the grey clip itself, its a little blury and with the angle of the picture its difficult to see if its crooked or if its just the angle.

Hello everyone,
would need your help on this. Need to either replace water pump or fuse. Pump is doing nothing right now, no noise at all. When checking for the fuse location close to the BAT compartiment there's an empty space. Where exactly is the washer pump fuse located?
Thank you

Sorry for reviving this old thread but I’ve been going through this same issue for months now.. the pump is good I connected it directly to the battery and it sprayed me all over with washer fluid lol. The one thing I noticed was that the pump that was on the reservoir didn’t have that grey connector thing. The wires were just spliced to each other. Do you guys think that not having that connector is what’s making it not work?? What other things should I try?? I’ve been stumped for about 6 months with this thing. Any and all help will be appreciated.

EDIT: I drive a 2011 G37X Sedan.
