I got one from Rho-plate no holes license plate bracket. Is that the same one you were referring to?

Thanks for the idea, been driving around for a year with no front plate and so far no issues, but if I do get pinched, I'll def be going this route.

Anyone in the DMV who can comment on strict enforcement of this? Seems like nobody cares until you make yourself a target (obvious modding, aggressive driving, etc.), but I suppose many variables are involved.

I had the hide away plate on my Altima. Since I got the G I have been rocking no plate but just recently double side taped it for a month (seems like the cops are bored this past month) but I will be using the Hide Away plate system with my 2010-2013 front in next couple weeks. They usually mount it on the bottom I dremel out the black insert to make it really hidden and to ride low lol. I also attached a video of my Altima.

Please explain to me why it's such a big deal to drill holes for the plate. The front bumper is plastic after all. Unless you are planning to move to a state that doesn't use a front plate, why does it matter if you drill holes to mount the plate. You will always have a plate there, so no one will see the holes.

I live in Texas where they recently started enforcing this law.

I don't think any option looks good. I purchased the rho plate and I just didn't like it .

It just sticks out to far for me. It only sticks out .5-1" but it still looks terrible.

No plate on the front bumper looks the best.
