I recently installed the Tanabe exhaust on my car, the alignment is abit off. Both tips hanging pointed down and inward. Is this a common thing with these aftermarket exhausts. Judging from the OP pics, he seems having the same problem.

Yeah, bend the metal tips that stick out from the exhaust. Insert the hole of breaker bar to it and bend down slightly. It might take a few tries, but my fitment is a lot better now

Really? My Tanabe axle backs were a perfect fit. The Tanabe exhausts are generally known for the quality from all thhe reviews I have read. Anyhow, enjoy them.

Did you guys DIY or had shop install. I might consider bringing my to the shop to have them fix it up, wonder how much they would charge for something like this
