Ive got the old FI catback design with the magnaflow muffler for the x pipe. ive also got the RHF Cats. im thinking about installing some resonators like the new midpipe design has into the piping after the Magnaflow muffler to quiet things down a bit and cut some highway drone. does anyone know if that would work?

y pipe with tanabes axle back won't make more noise. i've already tried it.
the resonators are what keeps every thing quiet, so i went with a set of 12" vibrant resonators, and they sound awesome

FI RHFC are pretty quiet. The GTHaus is loud though.

gt haus is pretty loud dude.
sure it sounds awesome without any drone but its definitely going to grab more attention than other exhausts out there.

I don't have the full GTHaus system its just the rear section so not loud at all kinda sounds like the coupe right now. I hope it still sounds good when I add FI RHFC to it.

The megan y pipe has has a 3 in outlet and the stock mid pipe has a 2.5 in inlet or smaller. Is that a problem? your going from air flow from 3 in to 2. something in. I ordered my megan Y pipe but this was a concern for me? Does any one have any feedback on this? I know people have used this set up any issues?
