Help me decide - Last year of production?

I can afford either one, but the value of the G37 is hard to resist, especially with the huge discounts you can get one right now. I helped my father in law to buy a new G37 w/premium for $33.5K out the door (w/CA tax). Unbelievable deal, considering that V6 accords and camrys go for the same amount.

I'd take the G over any other car in that list without question, including the S4. Every time I think about getting an S4 (or any audi pretty much), I see how little HP/torque you get for the $ and that quickly puts an end to that idea. I do love the styling of them though ... but not going to pay for that alone.

The S4 offers far better performance than its numbers would let on.... same with either BMW 3 series (328 or 335...)
Unlike the G which... even with 328hp is still behind a 335 or S4 in either performance category..
Hell, my G Sedan couldn't even fend off an IS350 which only had 306hp. It isn't all about HP/Tq for the dollar. If that was the case i'd go buy a Mustang 5.0 lol
With all that said though, I wouldn't touch any brand new G37 sedan because you can't get it with a sport package anymore and IMO this car really underwhelms without the real sport package. You can buy a CPO C37S Sedan like a 2012 or 2013 for mid to upper 20s with hardly any miles on it and you can get more than a brand new one WITH a better warranty. That is the smartest move. Buying these Gs brand new is the absolute stupidest financial investment because they drop value so quickly. If you want new, lease it. My buyout in April 2015 is 32k. My current trade in, on my loaded AWD sport with 10k miles, ranges between 25-26k. I'v owned it 8 months and it sticked for 47 large. Asinine.
