Stillen trunk spoiler install pics*

I got this trunk spoiler off ebay for $180, from super street,I think they normally run almost $300.. either way I did a dry install today, I will most likely have it painted in a graphite color along with the oem chrome piece. Enjoy.

That will look good when you get it painted. You should consider getting it color matched and do your grill at the same time like Rochesters color matched grill. Not sure how a graphite spoiler would look unless you're going to be doing the same w/ your trim, grill, etc. then it would blend well.
Look forward to pics down the road

Yea, I plan on dark gunmetal rims, was thinking that would be a killer setup.

How was the fit? Think it needs any shaping? Just got my Stillen (the other one that covers the chrome piece.)

Just make sure it touches the surface all the way around. Sand if needed. That way when you stick it down there is no gaps.

I think the chrome painted white, spoiler in gunmetal would look nice too.

I think the white with gunmetal accents would look great if executed well, like how the R35 in white has the gunmetal front grille, lip, trim etc. looking forward to see how it goes

Always liked that spoiler. If it were me, I'd paint it MW to match, leave the chrome lip as is, remove the G37 badge, remove the plastidip from the INFINITI logo, then relocate that logo an inch lower, since you've debadged the letters.

Nice pick up on the spoiler.

^have you relocated the emblem on your car (or seen it elsewhere)?

Sounds odd to have the Infiniti logo in the middle of the trunk, almost every car on the road has the emblem mounted higher on the trunk, so I guess I'm accustomed to seeing it at the "stock" location

No, I still have the I N F I N I T I letters, so it looks right at OEM position. All I debadged was the G37S from the right side. But the OP debadged the letters, so the logo looks high and unbalanced without them. IMO.

if you really want to paint the spoiler gunmetal, I think it will look good only if you get the chrome piece color matched MW to the rest of the car, otherwise it will look odd.

My car is MW, and I wouldn't.

it doesn't affect it in the slightest. This is Stillen's way of separating the 2 they sell; they don't make the other one without a camera hole, so that one is the "spoiler with camera"

This one will work for either, but one can assume that for ease of searching, stillen just labeled it as "spoiler without camera" to differentiate.
