Curious to see if anyone has pictures of an automatic 3.3 VLSD differential?

I was under the impression only M/T diffs were VLSD though dealer info states all Sport packages came with one.

Many of the ones I've opened are Fully open. Even my 2010 Sport 7at act open when the YAW is disconnected.

Outside of this powder coated wrinkle silver finish or a type of rough Sand/Water blasting to give it that porous look.
The ebay intercooler piping set I got to make the LTCAI (in 2.25) was powdercoated black wrinkle. At this point, I think I'll just buy a set in 2.5 from the same vendor... should still be wrinkle black.

Since they're all viscous LSD, the fluid inside might be worn out (or not getting hot enough to thicken up).

Erratic behavior was the main reason the RX7 folks always wanted the older clutch-type LSD or a Torsen.

One of the reasons I switched to a real LSD myself.

I have a Torsen from a 2002 FD RX7 that's SOOOO close in dimensions to an R200 diff... So wish that would work. Then again, the torque + grip of this car vs the FD would probably grenade it.

Now a days folks are getting really good at conversions. You could easily swap a car if you have all of the wiring.

Wiring is the main contender for these I meant for it to pass under the radar as I dont think the title would say. Only an in-depth search of the vin.

I'm going to buy an old POS truck and swap a vq37vhr in it using your harness. Is this possible?? Lol.

Not really, but if I ever get rich then I would actually consider this. You know how people LS swap old pickups. How hard would a vq swap be with the proper harness, pedals, etc?

I've always wanted to do a really cool side project like that. Ive thought of honda k swapping something but a vq swap would be even cooler

I think it would be fun to do a VQ swap into a Fiero.

Don't hate me for loving the old Fiero.

It would be super cool man! That car is just too small.. a K swap would be nice for that one. The vq engine / transmission is pretty tall and long, that's why i was thinking an older s10 or ranger or something like that.
