Are you going to teach her how to drive MT?

I'd like to, and she wants to learn. But there's no need to rush into it. And Winter is coming.

Taking things one day at a time. Today was her first experience on a 4-lane with stop lights and traffic. Over the last few days it's been just tooling around the suburban neighborhood, backing into and out of driveways, that kind of stuff.

I wouldn't do it myself, but I'd like to see others do it. I love the idea of it on most cars.

We got snow twice here in WI before Halloween this year. I don't remember that happening before. Our 4th snow will be arriving tomorrow, but still no huge snow storms. I'm sure it is only a matter of time. Very glad to be on fresh snow tires this year. I feel like this winter is going to be a long one.

I have yet to change the tires when I bought my car almost a year ago. They are 8 year old all season but thankfully snow mode is saving me big time.

Rochester, find a 90s honda civic to teach her stick with. Cheap to the level of disposable and easy to shift, easy to drive, and handle pretty well.

Snow? What is this magical world that has snow? Our local warming has today at 75 degrees. 27 tomorrow though so meh.

It must be AWD?

I know the feeling. Fortunately, we have not had that yet, but I am sure it is only a matter of time.

Not that snow mode will help you at all for turning or stopping though. Those two are more important than being able to get going I'd say.

Idk it’s been good for the half winter last year and yesterday as long as I don’t stomp the gas and slam the brakes it does fair pretty damn well. The previous owner did not drive the car at all when I purchased it. The tires may be old but they have 5/8 left on the tread

yes it’s a awd. One thing I hate about snow mode it eats even more gas than usual. In the summer I drive aggressively but I could get about 500km a tank.Right now I’m under half a tank and I only have driven 210km with 180 range Left
