It's been 3 decades since I've used this stuff in the engine bay. And while it looks amazing right off, it quickly goes to hell. So I'm curious what you're doing here.

Maybe they're going to start selling sheathing for DIY wiring jobs? You can find it other places online in various colors, heat tolerances, I'm a little surprised DD doesn't already sell something like it. I've had some of it on my grounding kit made from high temp PVC and it hasn't shown any signs of wear or melting.

Melting? No, I was referring to how the nylon traps dirt and how the color fades. You just can't clean it properly, and you'll never have that original color back. Plus, it's a PITA to install on certain things, because it's not like a split plastic; you have to slip things all the way through it.
To your point, though, it would look good over grounding kit wires.

Yes that's true I do but I cant decide what color , if gunmetal will go along nice with my Graphite shadow sedan or the white to make it stand out a little bit more and also Im so skeptical about them since there isnt a mirrored one that would work well on the other side :/

I just received a full set of Infiniti Akebonos that I scored for a slick price. I only have the calipers and the associated hardware that comes with them. I'll be needing rotors for these.
I'm looking to get some information as to what route was taken for those who upgraded to the Akebonos. OEM style, drilled, slotted, etc... Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking to make this a budget upgrade as I've been able to keep the costs relatively low from the get go.
