Yup, it is. I have a different one too sitting here, but it's going to need some work before I like it. This cf one was fairly cheap, and wont need any paint or modification, so I'll give it a shot first. Once I actually have time to prep the car and stick it on, I'll throw some pictures up if I like the result.

Mailman just delivered a 12x24 sheet of 3M wrap, with a textured CF surface. Very odd stuff.
I've got an idea I want to play with.

Yah, just trying it on, it was definitely not a perfect fit and is going to take some effort to get it on there perfectly. Camera cutout is good horizontally, but vertically, its a tiny bit off. Actually cracked a tiny bit of the clearcoat around that opening just test fitting it.

Yes, I agree... There's definitely no comparison between CF look wrap and real CF! I actually just sent my window trim off to Tony at CF Elements to laminate in real CF... Can't wait to get them back and I can finally be rid of all that chrome trim.

So you don't think your gonna use that AutoKitsX spoiler that I sent you, Andy? It may seem like it's not a great fit, but it actually fits pretty well once installed. I think it looked pretty good damn good on my car.

This 3M vinyl "CF" wrap is not making me happy. The adhesive simply doesn't adhere well, which is kind of the whole point of adhesive, so that's a fail. At this point, it's proof-of-concept, though. And the look is interesting, although annoyingly flawed.
Experimenting with wrapping the vertical curvy piece in front of the engine bay panels for the battery and bake MC. Turns out those pieces come completely apart. I'll take pics another time... late. Cold out. Hungry.
And a little embarrassed at my first attempt.

There's gloss CF vinyl wrap now, which looks much more realistic than the matte CF I'm used to seeing.

Fast Intentions
I also made a purchase from Fast Intentions - I ordered the high flow cats (non-resonated) for my G37S sedan matched with Tanabe axleback. Will have video posted when product arrives sometime in early March.
