Gotcha. Nice elaboration. LOL Although, I already understood all of that, the difference really just comes down to air temp. / mass. Engine bay air vs. ambient air temp. / mass.

Has anyone ever looked into buying a set of 2 exterior front door handles and replace the rears to be able to unlock them using the button on the door?

I would be surprised if people had tried that. It seems like it would be a huge amount of trouble to get the wires routed, the handles to fit, and the ECU to accept it. Seems more trouble than it's worth.

IMO it's pointless... all it just takes is to hit the button twice on either of the front doors and all doors unlock

I know it's not worth it. I was just curious if anyone had done it.

I press the door handle button once and it unlocks all four doors. (Settings)

Here's a picture of the intakes. If you want I can link the DIY I used, even though it's pretty simple.

I'm liking the look. The heat shields appear to be somewhat more complete then the K&N Typhoons I have installed. The gloss black pipes go well with the other piecey parts too.

They have a great sound to them. They sound OEM until about 3500-4000 RPM then it's like a whole different baffle opens up and it makes it much more throaty. My only complaint, if you even want to call it that, is that the throatiness isn't throughout the lower RPM too. But my next mod should be a cat back so it may take care of it then.

The K&N seem to be plenty loud. They really make some noise after about 3K on the Tach. I'm thinking about how I could modify my heat shield now, to kinda match the R2C. Damn you all!

When I installed mine I noticed that there were these things that looked like brake calipers that were hanging off of the stock exhaust, can't remember what they were called, but I didn't put them on the R2C intakes, I just connected the hose that they were attached to to the intakes. I basically just by passed whatever those things are called. Would that have made a difference in sound?
