And this is essentially the same exact thing the FI and Berks HFC have? Thanks for the help! Will definitely consider these. Makes my decision easier.

Q, really?

You've been here long enough to know there's a track sub-forum:

Motorsports / Track - MyG37

If you mean street racing, which is illegal, no, there's not. Just like we don't have a sub-forum for your favorite call-girls, LOL.

That said, it would be fun to talk about head-2-head events on the street. Well, to *read* about them, at least. Those moments come so rare to me nowadays.

Lol yeah the Roush RS is just a dressed up v6 mustang. The one i ran against had the optional performance exhaust which made that mustang sound pretty rowdy. Very V8-like.

It was the 2013-2014 Roush RS Mustang with the 3.7L V6

It was a fun run. I always wanted to run against a v6 mustang, camaro, charger & challenger. Now i can knock the mustang off the list.

I owned this car since april 2015 and that was my first time running against another car so it was pretty exciting

After selling my old Maxima to a friend, we had a moment once where we were accidentally lined up side-by-side at a light. Certainly, my G took the old Nissan, but in reality it was simply embarrassing for the both of us. Spinning tires, wheel hop, bouncing off the rev limiter, miss-shifts, and just about everything wrong you could imagine.

I don't think that counts as a street racing story... more like a lesson in humility.

On the street, I think we're all better drivers *without* the adrenaline.

It's cool this time around, but always best to keep your heads up drives on the strip. Lots of bad endings in street racing and many things that can occur that you can't be prepared for, even a pothole or oil on the road could cause fatalities.
If you plan to do that in the future please don't discuss it here.

Is that your Subaru? It looks great with the wide-body kit.

I'm not sure about the Z1 HFC's, but the Berks come with extended O2 bungs (straight extended, not the 90° type) and mounting brackets. I had the Berks on my car for a couple of years and never threw a CEL... Of course every car is a little different... Just keep in mind you can also always add extensions if necessary.

Looks great! Glad it was a help! I'm really starting to like the black roof on the white sedans.

Incidentally, your headlight treatment looks great. Got any close-up pics of them?

IIRC, or unless it's changed since I last researched it, Berks uses the same coil design for catalyst in their cats, but it's a 200 cell count, vs. the 300 ct that's in the FI cats. In other words, the Berks are less restrictive and subsequently more loud and raspy.

How much less restrictive? Does it matter? Probably not.

How much more noisy or raspy? I think that's something that matters.

Yeah, every review I've seen about the Berk's said it was rasp city.

Both FI and Z1 have 300 cell counts. I'm like the worst person to give advice to. LOL

Yeah, really. It looks like someone died and went to Japanese sport-sedan heaven.

Mod much?

Is the G in the street up next?

Nice.

We had a Tornado/Storm warning this morning before I took the girls to school. The entrance to the school was under 2 feet of water. "Looks like your gonna be late girls!"

I've got 2 feet of snow on my driveway right now.

For months, we've had the most lame winter ever, and then BAM!

My driver side FI RHFC crapped out on me and it hasn't even made it through 1 year. I believe the honeycomb is going bad or is bad cause it makes a rattling/rasp noise. You can really hear it when you're next to a wall like a drive thru.

I think I m going to pick up some Z1 HFC even though they aren't resonated.

When the FI RHFC were good they sounded great with my ARK but now I cant stand how they sound and its kind of embarrassing cause when I go on base I have to show my ID and it just sounds terrible...
