Given the Jonas blizzard we have going on over here in the north east, having over 2 ft of snow , well, that may have to happen maybe next weekend and I finally gotta go to that dealer and talk to someone there about it, as I've heard good things about getting the extended warranty from them as well as the fact that it's the #1 rated Infiniti dealership in NJ, which is why I always go there for service and have received great service up to date.

Anyone in particular I should speak to over there IF you happen to know?
Here is the contact info for both dealers. You will probably need a pre purchase inspection which is one hour of labor since you are outside the factory bumper to bumper warranty. You can see the max terms you will qualify for. Search online and you will see people posting up there quotes for your mileage.

The Infiniti Elite Protection Plan will start the day you purchase it and the mileage allowance will be added to what is currently on your odometer (so if you have 45k and you go with a 60/60 you will be covered until 105k miles or 5 years from now). The deductible will not kick in until your original 48mo/60k warranty has expired and the deductible is per visit not per item repaired. Infiniti requires an inspection and verification of the odometer prior to issuing the policy, so please call or email me for the details. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the Infiniti Elite Protection Plan. Thanks again and have a great day.

I am getting close to 60k on my 12 and need to make a decision soon.

Really like the car, but just not sure about the longevity of the mechanics and electronics.

I bought mine late last year from sherry. Got in on the next tier after the new car plans (<20K miles). $2140 for 8yr/100K/$100. As the car gets older/higher mileage, not only do prices go up (for similar coverage) but are also limited to shorter durations (4yr vs 5 yr).

Trying to decide if I want to pay $350 extra for 0 deductible...any thoughts

Below are $0 ded options…if you pay in full by end of month I can deduct -$120 and no sales tax…you will also avoid the price increase b/c in Feb the factory is mailing us new cost books for the new year, they usually go up a little each year…if you want to finance then the original price would remain the same and you can finance for 12mo at 0%!

84mo/100k=$1969
96mo/100k=$2049
84mo/120=$2149

Did/does that coverage kick in after you reach the standard manufacturer B2B warranty of 4yr/60k? So you will then have a total of 10yrs/180k of B2B coverage?

No, it's from the manufacturer date, so it goes through Feb 2018, 120k miles.
I for sure won't have the car at that point, so it's plenty for me.

***G37s w/ 48k (available terms and price will change once you exceed 50k).

$100 Ded
24mo/24k=$1050

48mo/60k=$2120
60mo/60k=$2510
60mo/70k=$2930

This price includes the 18mo 0% finance option with a minimum down pymt of 10%...if you wish to pay in full and not finance then the price for the 48mo/60k=$1829 vs $2120...We do not add sales tax or fee's! The factory is mailing out new cost books next month...each year at the beginning of the year pricing and terms change and each year they go up a little due to inflation...***

Not bad, I originally inquired about the 48mo/60k but I think given these are much better than the QX56 quotes I went by at first, I might be looking into the 60mo/70k one that would pretty much be good till 118-120k miles

QX56 would be more since it is a much bigger car and has other things that can go wrong with it like the 4wd system. The rates are good for your car given your mileage and age.

That's good to know, is it negotiable though? Can I negotiate the price or go back and forth between the two dealers and see who ends up giving the best price? I'm still waiting for reply from Circle Infiniti which will probably happen tomorrow.

With local dealers you can negotiate but with Circle and Scottsdale Infiniti they are doing volume sales. They can offer you discount for paying it all upfront instead of doing payments. You might be able to get $25-$50 off if you really try or have a good reason like having to do an inspection. You can probably have your local dealer match them but then you pay tax on your purchase.

Oh, I see, well Circle Infiniti is my local dealer( well 40mins away- but the one I only go to) so what you're saying is, there won't be any price difference between the two meaning I'll get exactly the same quote from Circle as I did from Scottsdale Infiniti? If that's be the case I might just go ahead and go with Circle since I get my car serviced by them anyway. I was also told by Courtney that I don't need to get an inspection done since I'm still within the 60k warranty or is it over 50k when I have to get the inspection done?
