The new Q60 was on display yesterday, without any surprises at the reveal.
It was confirmed that there will be no 6MT, as expected. But apparently no DCT, either. So while a 400hp TT 3.0 V6 is an attractive element to the high-end model (that's likely to be way-y overpriced), if you have to shove it down the road with a slushbox, I just don't see the point.
Over in the Coupe forum, the fan-boys are drooling, eager to throw new-model money at Nissan as soon as they can. It's kind of funny.

I suspect you've got fingerprints all over that wheel now, after fondling it all night.
Did you buy new TPMS, or are you swapping the sensors from your 17" rims?

Thanks for the kind words everybody!
I haven't touched the actual finish yet just so I wouldn't get fingerprints on it! I purchased some refurbished OEM Infiniti TPMS sensors off of eBay from a reputable seller. Figured removing the TPMS from my 17s would be a hassle and if I choose to sell the 17s(I have no room for them, I live in the barracks), I would be better off selling the wheels/tires/tpms all together.

What's the schedule? When can we expect to see pics of these on your sedan?
You know, I'm genuinely happy for you. These rims, in that finish... seems like a great decision. One that will get locked in one way or the other when they're on the car.
Actually, I'm also looking at this vicariously as if I were VIVID, thinking to myself (as him)... well, you get the idea. Hahaha

Anything I should look out for when they're mounting my tires? I've never done this before, its my first car.
Thank you, Rochester. Really means a lot. I've been getting compliments all day.

Tires are getting delivered to the Firestone on base tomorrow, the dealership finished replacing my cats today, either picking my car up tomorrow or Thursday and my TPMS sensors arrive on Thursday. So I'm hoping no later than Friday or Saturday for them to be on my car?

Also, take a wire brush to your hubs prior to installing the new wheels, just one less thing that may cause vibration.

^ You take a bunch of photos of EACH wheel before you hand them over to them. Be very clear you don't want your wheels scratched or there will be a problem. Tell them to hand tighten them and use a torque wrench for correct torque specs.
Then obviously inspect them before leaving the shop.
The shop which mounted my tires impacted 2 of the lugs so ridiculously tight that i had trouble getting them off even with my like 5ft breaker bar. I was so pisssed.
you said you're going to firestone. some of them are extra ****ty so be careful.
