Version of?

Those Niche rims are individual 12-spoke wheels. The only thing they have in common with the 10-spoke Vossen CVT is a swept back design. Don't get me wrong, I like them and would like to see more pics. However, saying two things are similar, but one is cheaper, therefore the cost savings elevates their value over the other... That's a heck of a trick, Twista.

My G is just a hair slower and less refined than the BMW 335i, but it costs so much less that I clearly made the right choice.

5000 miles.

IDK about depth... how would you like me to measure that? They're just sitting under the stairs in the family room. Been there for three months now.

You might be surprised. My neighbor has a 335is and a co-worker has a 335i, both autos, and my G is not the slower car

Yea that's what I meant about them being similar in the design. That was what I was originally after not the spoke count. In a lot of areas having something similar but a lot cheaper is a good enough reason to go in that direction. Like how people compare the G to a lot of cars but choose it because of its reliability and the fact that it cost a lot less than it conpetitiors. Both wheels are cast design and feature the swept back design. Niche also offers a chrome version so I just can't justify the price of vossens for a spoke count difference. Especially after seeing a friend completely snap his vossens from the barrel.

You didn't buy chrome wheels. Does anybody anymore?

Snapped, eh? My god, that's scary. Well, I'm sure buying less expensive rims will give you the confidence not to worry about that happening. Whatever it takes, man. Right about now, there are so many potholes out there with Spring thaw that I'm scared to leave the house.

Wait, you have a full 2" stagger on an AWD Sedan? Um, OK. Pics, Twista. Let's see more pics of these Niche wheels.

Ah ok. Just curious as I'm considering the PSS if I ever put my 19's or yet-to-be-determined new wheels on.

On measurement, what Lego said. But don't go buy one just on my account. I was just curious how they were wearing with accumulated mileage vs. what Michelin says to expect out of them.

That's not bad Around. That's pretty good wear for 10k.

I have to get over to Discount Tire and have them prorate the A/S 3's for some new ones.

It got into the 70s down here. I decided to wash my car (twice), then I dried it and used some light liquid polishing compound with the random orbital. Then I put on a coat of wax.

This was all accidental mind you. I rotated my tires yesterday, and while they were off, I cleaned the wheels really good inside and out. Then today, looking at my car, it looked a bit funny...immaculate wheels on a salt covered car... The rest...well, I got carried away

No reason to fret. We hit 55 where I live and there was no way I wasn't giving my car some love.

Full wash and quick wax. Cleaned up the interior minus the all weather mats. I'll take care of those next weekend.
