19x9 +45 with 25mm >>>> 19x9.5 +25
25mm may be a bit much, especially if you're lowered. I had 20mm all around when I had my coupe 19s installed and they were rubbing in the rear over speed bumps, but they're perfect in the front, granted I was lowered on Eibach springs and they tend to sag a little in the rear. I need to order a set of 15mm for the rear to try it again.

Rotors should be easy. I'd imagine coilovers would be on par with springs and shocks. Camber arms might be a bitc*.
Do you have air tools?
Rotors 2 to 3 hours tops.
Coilovers and arms, who knows. I'm not looking forward to grinding a bigger whole on the control arm mount for my toe bolts.
My question is,
Should I just install the camber arms, go get an alignment and see if they can get my toe in spec with the stock toe bolt or just do it right the first time and get er done?
Beer consumption will depend on when I finish this job which is hopefully in less than 5 hours.

That depends....would they charge you twice for the alignment? If so, go all in.
