Yep.

Speaking with the respected scientific method of pulling numbers out of my azz, I suspect most everyone in the chat thread is between 340 - 350 crank hp, give or take 10 hp.

That's really awesome that they will build your cat back in 2.5" but allow it to match up with the 2.25" RHFC's.

From what I understand, 2.5" makes it a little bit louder. Plus I just wanted a bigger exhaust. Flow characteristics are probably minimal at best, unless you go forced induction.

The resonator is filled with fiberglass to dampen the tone slightly. I believe the mufflers have some fiberglass as well but I could be wrong on that. I noticed that on the sedan, the resonators on the stock Y-pipe are close to 24 inches long.

I would go 12" resonators if I were you because I think the 18's will be a little bit quiet.

LOL@ traction control, my old car laughs at the premise of needing it on a g sedan when it had nothing of the sort. Talk about taming a beast.....

Yeah, I regret selling it but ultimately it came down to me hating the convertible.

I dont know how one goes from a Viper to a G37 sedan, but that's none of my business though that's a nice Wiper, pal

John, I finally got those measurements for you on the way that the exhaust tips sit around the bumper cutouts. The top of the exhaust tip sits about 5/8" from the bumper cutout. from the left side on the left tip, it sits about 1.25" from the edge of the bumper cutout. On the right side, it's about .75" from the right edge of the bumper cutout. It's the same for the right tip, but flipped... .75" from the left and 1.25" from the right. I definitely think there is room to do those oval tips that I believe were 4.75" wide if I remember correctly.

The operant question is are they offset enough that they would fit properly within the bumper cutouts.

That's really the question... would a 4.75" oval fit. And then there's the whole neck diameter issue. Since I decided to go FI, I can certainly have the cat-back installed first, discuss the tip replacement with my mechanic, and go from there.

Ask Lance if they could just send you the CBE without tips so you wouldn't have to hack them off and have to reweld new ones.

Rochester- i know you like the f-type a lot...but come on man. Its not a "fast" car. If you're in the relative speeds what our current cars are capable of then I'd have to disagree with you entirely with what fast might be to you.
370z can smack very similar numbers on a lap in comparison with the jag. Why people always mention 0-60 times beats me. 1/4 is the real number to look at imo and exp on the streetscoughcough.

A car like the f-type you don't quite look at what it can do in terms of performance. It can be a $100k car with a few options very easily (test drove and priced one out). A car like this you simply buy because
A: you have money to spend
B: you like how it looks/sounds
C:you don't care

Its not a bang for buck car really. But its one hell of a beauty. I'd post the pic of the red one I was in for a few hours but this post is already too long haha.
If you want to talk numbers and don't care about spending $100k+ then buy a GTR, gt3, maclaren, etc. Or, buy an EVO and dump some money inside and make it a legit track/ ferrari killer huehuehue.

So as I have said a while back when I got my exhaust installed, I mentioned that I would post a video, took me a while I know, but finally I got around to do it and in all honesty, when my brother drove it when I was recording it, the look on my face was like this and this

that pop when upshifted to 3rd though

All in all, I am very happy with the choice and route I went

Also available in 4K
