While the car was up on the lift the other day, my mechanic pointed out how the welds around the custom exhaust tips were turning into a ring of rust, so I taped them off and spot sprayed them last night with stove paint. Getting that ARK Grip exhaust next Spring anyway, so... good enough.

With the drop and the wider wheels, I really need Race Ramps now. Anybody here have them?

[edit] this pic I found for the 2-piece Race Ramps... just realized those are Keystone Klassics. I used to own a set, like 30 years ago.

I know I wish I could get it dropped like in few days but that's gotta wait, and I guess I'm gonna drop it on BC coilovers

I think I'd go w/ Stance SS coils, last I heard they're about $1000, so for about $100 more you're getting a coil that has very few negative reviews (don't think I've found one on this site FWIW).

You think so? Many people I talked to say that they have been using BCs for years and they don't complain, anyway thanks Brad I will definitely consider that once I'm ready to pull the trigger on coils

Mike, talk to Adam and look around on the interwebs before you buy. When I got my springs, camber kits and struts from them they price matched everything and included shipping.

I'll be reaching for them soon to start working on a set of coils also. Brad was right, should have skipped the springs.

Apparently the dropped look is appreciated. I was leaving one of our campuses today and a couple guys in the next lane almost rear ended the person in front of them trying to get a good look at the car today. The passenger was either really excited or had to go potty. (Insert smug emoticon)

I've been happy w/ my Megan LP street coilovers and they're from the same source as the BCs. Just a general consensus looking through many coilover threads & reviews and you hear numerous complaints/issues w/ BCs and virtually none w/ Stance. Stance coilovers are newer to the market so there isn't as much history, but for example the clunky rear shock issues that come up from time to time w/ the BCs and haven't heard of any issues w/ the Stance.

It's just one of those items you have to do a bit of legwork and come up w/ your own conclusions. Plenty of satisfied BC owners too, so there's that

Nope. However, that doesn't mean you won't love your FI exhaust, because you will.

How long have you been waiting?
