I do love those taillights you have. Perfect shade, were those done by 180 also? Yours are shaded on the outside, correct? Not having the reflector painted.

Yea they were done by 180 and were one of the few before they stopped making them due to how complicated they are. They are painted from the inside which gives it that deep color.

And yeah, #10 was total hotness. Still not quite the level of awesome as a CLA 250, but close!
Oh well, what can I say, #10 was definitely the most OEM car at the meet!

And speaking of CLA 45 AMG, my friend's parents got her a brand new spanking one on Saturday and I even got a chance to move it out of the driveway and back in (probably could've driven it, but wouldn't want to drive someone's brand new $62k car on the first day they got it, because SHIET likes to happen) still with a bowtie on it. Car looks sick and the interior is amazing as well with those red seat belts just adding that sporty character to the interior. ahh sick !

Damn, I just realized that You got them midnight tails too, was too excited when I was getting mine that I forgot to compare them side by side to see if there is any difference, looks really good Ahmed ! Oh and it's not how they blink Ahmed... My tails blink the same way yours do, just with the exception of evil iron man look, that's all

That would be poetic indeed! Sounds like another idiot who bought a Merc badge for the "image" and to be able to say, I drive a Merc. Those kind of people are sad.

You've slowed down on your modding a little bit... Are you all right? haha

Are you going to keep them OEM silver?

Yeah, just busy and broke. Spent about $10k on tuition last month and have been traveling the past three weeks. Couple that with carrying the house,in Pittsburgh again and things needed to slow down a bit. I'm thinking I'll get these couple things done and then coast for a bit. Planning a trip to China for work and a trip to NZ for vacation so I'm going to need to prioritize for sure.

Heard it had to "sport" button that opens the exhaust up. I bet it sounds MEAN and you felt a bit like James Bond in it.

Yep. It's the difference between a great sounding exhaust, and this ear-splitting awesome sexy roar. Personally, I prefer the ear-splitting awesome sexy roar. Oh, and there's another button for the suspension, to switch from capable to full-on sportscar.

Basically, you can have a refined, quiet roadster... or this truly astounding British Musclecar that takes your breath away. Seriously. Muscelcar.

Sounds like I picked a good mid life crisis car! Did you test the coupe or vert?

Coupe. There are 3 model Coupes: F-Type, F-Type S and the F-Type V8 S. I drove the F-Type S, which has 380 hp out of its V6. It very clearly made my G37S 6MT feel like a cheap little Nissan Versa, in every possible way... interior quality, engine/exhaust note, handling, acceleration, etc.

It's the first time in a very long time that I came away from a test drive feeling that I didn't already have the better (or good as) car. This Jaguar takes it to a whole new level. Thinking about what the 495 HP V8 model must be like... it makes the mind reel.

At the end of my G's ownership, I can very easily see myself getting a 3 year old F-Type S (or V8). Assuming my wife still had the family car available.

This was truly an excellent test drive, too. Highway and residential, twisties and downhill straight-aways. I got comfortable enough to nail a few turns hard (with the salesman's A-OK). It was awesome.

And I didn't start the day thinking, "I'm going to test drive a Jag." It was a total whim. Which was curious, because the Coupe is so new, this Model-S was the only F-Type they had available. Right place, right time.
