All three dealerships in my area stock Stillen parts, but that's about it. I know for fact they keep the G3 intake, exhaust, spoilers and under drive pulleys on hand. I thought dealerships recognized Stillen as an acceptable supplier for Nissan/Infinit vehicles... am I wrong on this? I know the decision differs per dealership but I figured this was something that comes directly from Nissan/Infiniti USA.

No aftermarket parts here at my dealership. Actually, this whole idea comes as a bit of a surprise to me. Go figure.

I think it's cool your dealerships do this. I bet they make a very healthy profit margin on these parts, too.

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the standards of living in our area... Northern Virginia is very congested, with a lot of money. Loudoun county and Fairfax county compete every year for the wealthiest county in the US, and there are many many many enthusiasts in the area.

The have a homemade sign for the stillen intake, even quoting the HP gains at the wheels. I never looked at the price, but you would think it has to be competitive.

That could very well be. While Monroe County (where I live) certainly has its share of old money, the operative word there is "old". As far as cars are concerned, it's a very conservative location.

I never, ever see a modified G37, Coupe or Sedan. Period. Not even custom rims.

Except when you drive past a glass fronted building and see your reflection. Do you slow down when that happens? It's okay to admit it.

Sounds similar to our area - there are the areas where colonial homes still exist on exquisite preserved farm/plantation land, then you have your congested-out-the-a$$hole suburbia developments all the way into D.C.

I personally can't wait to move away from it all and live on some land with space for all my activities.

I do, I mean come on you don't see your car from outside being driven often so that's your only opportunity to do so

I'll even admit to driving into an office park just for that reason, without any business excuse what-so-ever.

So there. LOL

Meh. It's a chat thread. All are welcome... until they aren't.

Besides, you can't deny those rims. Damn beautiful wheels.

No, you're right. I confused the vendor account with you and your new rims. My bad.

Hmm. Vossen spam? Well, it could be worse, I suppose. Could be a Tornado intake insert... or a NASA-inspired oil additive.
