Anyone know anything about running E85 in our cars?
Was talking to a couple of Mitsubishi EV-sl-O-w owners last night and they swear by it. They claim 50 to 60 hp gains. Of course they got a tune to be able to run that E85 fuel.

Never compare an Evo to a G. So very different. They see huge gains because E85 allows for much more aggressive tuning, coupled with their turbo setup, and they see big gains.

Wasn't comparing an EV-sl-O to our G's. I know they are two totally different vehicles. That's why I said they claim that they get those big gains. Never said we'd get them. Was just curious if anyone was running that E85 in a Vq engine.
Black. I think the chrome surround will be just enough to tie in with the headlights and not make it look murdered.
Murdered? No, it won't look that way at all. The Midnight Grille is a big improvement over the standard grille. As long as it's in good condition, you'll be very happy. Plus, you'll still have your original, which means you will always have the opportunity to do something custom with it.
I *much* prefer the midnight grille to the OEM "chrome." IMO, the chrome grille actively detracted from the look of the car. I like the lines, but it always seemed a little gaudy. A midnight grille cleans up the lines and gives the car a little more class. However, if you just wanted it to be black, it's worth mentioning that a lot of body shops can remove and paint your grille black for less than the cost of a new midnight grille.
