RHFC Installation... two weeks from today.
Drove through a localized storm this morning, and was snow blinded on the highway. Car looks like total pooh, covered in ice and road salt.

Buying used G37 sedan-questins
Hello everybody, I'm new to the forums, and this is my first post.
I'm thinking about buying a used, grey/black G37s sedan, manual trans. It's a certified car from a dealer that came off a two-year lease. Mileage is 23,800, and they're asking $31,600 plus 9.5% sales tax based on where I live.
The car fax is clean. They've given in it's latest service, a new set of Kumhos and fixed a leaky power steering line. It looks good and drives well. Questions:

- What's a good price for this car. I'm thinking $30,000 out the door, including a three-year extended service contract sounds about right.
- What are the bad things about this car that I need to worry about. Please don't hold any punches.
- Is there anything you can think of that a newbie should be aware of here.

You'll get a lot more advice if you post that question in the right place, although if you research KBB, NADA and Edmunds you'll get all the numbers you need to make an educated decision. Besides, most of the time in that forum, all you'll find are people stroking their own egos because of the awesome deal they got (in their own minds).
Numbers are numbers. There's no magic, and no special knowledge.

Who's in for a Spring 2014 Meet-up in the Northeast? IDK how far I'd be willing to travel, but certainly far enough for my wife to roll her eyes at me. I met up with Choman in December, and he'd like to do it again before heading out West.
Let's start talking and see if anything comes of it.

In the meantime, good marriage, good kids, good career, and one awesome car. Life is A-OK...
...except for this spare tire on my hips, and chronic headaches. Probably related. Meh.

Nah, I'm just teasing with Mr. Eastwood. Fact is, I'm totally cool with being 50. I mean, sure, I dwell a lot more on gloomy things like retirement, health and death. But you will too, someday.

My father is 62 this year and he's in better health than he was at 42, hell even 32. Two ankle surgeries, a hip surgery, and two heart surgeries can really change your outlook on life.
Don't feel so gloom, you really do live a great life it seems
