So you and Alfredo both have the ARK on your 6MT. I'm getting jealous, man.
About the ark btw I only have "drone" if Im at 6th or 7th at 40-45mph. Other than that and driving in "manual mode" , there is (dare I say) no drone.

Actually, it's not all journey people doing the swaps - ssome of it comes from us with xS cars.
At least re: the akebonos, the xS doesn't come with them.
Also, for those of us with the 07-09 front end - where the sport is roughly the same, aesthetically, as the 10+ journey - the 10+ sport front end is a huge upgrade.
If I lived a bit farther South, I'd have an s 6mt. Here in the northeast - literally feet of snow this winter - rwd isn't the ideal option, but I still want the parts that Nissan doesn't deem us X guys worthy of.

this winter only has been rougher than usual so if I could handle this I can definitely handle the usual winters around here

Exactly. Moreover, since I live in Upstate NY, I'm kind of amused that aktif8 considers his New Jersey climate a "Northeast Winter".

I went to the autoshow last light, and was really surprised by my reactions to seeing and sitting in a number of cars.
For example, I absolutely loved the Lincoln MKZ, and the new Mazda3 Sedan. The interior of that Lincoln is the stuff of dreams. It was amazing. And although it was on a pedestal, I couldn't take my eyes off the 2015 Mustang GT. Wow. Ford nailed it... Even if a the interior is still blah.
Also a shocker after sitting in the new Corvette Stingray... Hate it. What an uncomfortable, awkward and tacky car. Didn't expect to think that. Ditto on the Caddilac ATS. Yuck. Both were badly beaten with a pimp cane.
The highlight of the evening was getting hands on up close with a 1975 Bricklin. Turns out I grew up as neighbors with the guy, and we talked for a long time about the car and shared history, which was cool.

the 2015 mustang DOES look good. Is there a release date planned yet?
I was at Jtran studio until 8 last night getting my coilovers and camber kit installed. I'm pretty glad I didn't try to DIY, since it involves some precision grinding for the toe bolts and I'm just not set up for that kind of work in a parking garage.

A quarter past stripped
I watched the Barret Jackson auction and the first 2015 Mustang sold Production # 0001 for $300,000! It was incredible. But, conversely the first 2015 Camaro SS sold to Hendrick of Hendricks motorsports for $615,000! I couldn't believe it. That Mustang was such a beauty.

Wow, a 75 Bricklin, I remember those, a bit Pantera-like and pretty bad as$ for the day. That pimp-can remark always cracks me up, interesting that you found both GM products similar in that regard. The closer I look at the C7s the less I'm liking them, really would like to take one for a drive soon though.

Well I think I told you guys that I cracked my front chin spoiler 
but on a lighter note I was able to pick up a slightly used Access Evolution CF front lip for cheap so I'll post some pics when I get it slapped on but only after I raise the front end about 1/2" 
don't want to mess this one up on my driveway too.
Say has anyone here ever remove the headliner to access the shark fin antenna?
