Should Warranty Cover Alignment Issues?
I recently went to a local independent shop to have my 2011 G37x Sedan serviced. When the car was hoisted up I realized my front tires are wearing out unevenly. The inside of both tires are balding while the tread on the outside still look good, the back is also perfectly fine.
The technician there said to contact Infiniti as this should be covered under warranty. My car is a little over 2 years with 45,000km (~28,000 miles). I have never hit anything to cause damages. For the most part I do my own servicing - oil changes, cabin filters and air filters. I have never rotated my tires or change to different tires.
Will warranty cover an alignment correction and perhaps provide me with new tires?
