I got my license in PA so for the first bit of my driving career I pumped my own gas...now living in NJ even in inclement weather I'd much much much much rather pump my own gas.

1) No waiting at all.
2) No damage to your car by clumsy people
3) No attempting to explain how to push it on the side

This was intended to be a comical post but midway through I realized how much I hate having others pump my gas
