Congrats
I pick up my new G37xS tomorrow. The tinted windows are drying
Trading in the 08 G35x. While I liked the G better than my M the 37xS will be a nice upgrade
The smoother ride and the sport seats should make for a lot more comfort in my aging body
Is there anything from a technology standpoint that will be better than the 08
It sure seems like the Bluetooth hands free is better. Have not checked out pice activation yet. Or loading info from my Galaxy into car

Hope you did not switch to 13' for the Navi. Any recent high end 5" Garmins are better than the factory unit. Enjoy your 13', my 12' is an awesome ride. Only on the open highway do I feel the need for more power, it is entirely overkill on the back roads, but ton of fun tossing around the curves. Love it.

^if you're a fan of the stereotype "infiniti" exhaust note, I think the FX35 is probably the most pronounced from the factory
Depends which model/trim (and dealership's lot)
A good barometer is to punch in the exact car you want on TrueCar, most dealers are either participants, or if not, compete with it.
From observation, the 6MT sedans have gone up about $1.5-2k since April, likely due to incentives, but I'm sure rarity will play a role as the supply dries up. GL shopping (also there's a side forum for buying that may be helpful)
