My shiny new toy! 2010 Anniversary Edition Sedan
Hey all, this is my first post here. Just wanted to say hi to the community and show a picture of my new ride. I came from a Mazda CX-9, so the difference has been pretty night and day, but the car has been amazing so far. I picked it up on Thursday and haven't really gotten a chance to take it out too far yet, but so far I've loved the driving dynamics. I really like what I've read on the forum so far and I'm excited to be a part of such an involved community!

I purchased my car from a highly-rated used car dealership in the area. From what I understand, it was a lease return purchased at an auction. Regarding an influx of anniversary editions, I would guess that a lot of them are 2010 models coming off of their initial leases?

I know, right?
When I bought my '11 LE over the phone from VA, I told them I didnt want the stock plate holder installed but apparently in some states (VA included) they have to do it immediately after taking it off the truck and there is a STATE inspection it needs to pass to even be allowed to be sold.
Hence, painful plate holder holes in my front bumper just like the OPs

Is it a G37S or G37xS? Either way, you're going to LUV LUV LUV this car! I have the Anniversary Edition G37S and have LUVVED it from day one and still in LUV. Have no plans to get rid of it anytime soon, as the Q50 is just not doing it for me.
Anyway, get it out on the open road and enjoy. It's a real BLAST to drive! Welcome!!!

It's a G37S and it had a touch over 30k miles when I purchased it. I haven't planned any modifications just yet; I'm still researching what kind of performance mods are out there + what fits in my budget right now The biggest thing is that the wiper blades need replacing, so that will be first as it gets quite foggy here in the bay area and my windshield mists up.
Still though, couldn't be happier with it, even it being stock.
Thanks for all the warm welcomes!

My front bumper is still virgin... no holes punched in it!

I found one here, but the price I was able to get in VA (without any negotiation, mind you) was more than good enough to justify the trip down to VA and back. Plus my parents live down there so I had a place to stay for zip-zero-nada.
And it was hella fun driving the new car 500 miles back home without the wife or kids with me
