Floor Mats

Floor Mats
I just picked up my CPO 2011 G37x and I am really enjoying it.
When I got the car, the dealer said he had to get me floor mats. He gave me a choice of all-season rubber and carpeted. He said both would match the carpet in my car, which is wheat. My daughter picked them up and they are gray.
My questions are:
1 - Are there rubber mats to match the wheat color?
2 - Now that I have to get different mats should I get carpet instead?

1. Yes - the dealer simply made a mistake.
2. That's a harder question to answer. Kinda depends on your climate. For example, since I live in Colorado, I have two sets of mats. The carpet mats for spring and summer and matched rubber ones for fall/winter.

I agree with weapon x - the Weathertech ones are definitely a solid product. The fitment is perfect, and they do a great job of protecting the floor. I live in SC, and the rubber ones work very well with all the rain we get (especially during summer).
I have the wheat carpet in my G, and the color from Weathertech is spot-on. For about $190, its definitely a good investment, in my opinion, for protecting the floors.

^ guys, the dealer is not going to supply aftermarket parts. they'll give the OP the OE part, either with all weather mats or carpeted mats - his choice.
OP - dkmura is spot on for both queries. pick the mats that meet your needs best. if you need two sets (summer/winter) then get the dealer to supply the more expensive of the two (probably carpeted) and buy the other set yourself. at that point you could go with aftermarket mats if you want to.
personally, i prefer the OE rubber mats for winter use. i use the premium carpeted OE mats (deep pile, embossed aluminum logo) for the summer. OE mats are durable from my experience and i like the look of Infiniti mats, not aftermarket. just my .02.
