After seeing the pictures on the BMW I would ask to get it unpainted since it was obvious, to me at least, that the spoiler was a different color than the car. I may be interested if getting it unpainted is an option.

Ill try and talk with them about doing a group buy.

I'm pretty Merc-stupid, but some quick googling identifies the W204 as internal code for the Mercedes C-Class, from 2007 to 2014. So I'm guessing Merc-heads refer to the C-Class from those years as the W204... just like bimmer owners use manufacturer codes for various model 3-Series.
That spoiler is OEM. However, there are also knock-offs of the same design, likely done because its always cheaper buying a knock-off piece of plastic than OEM.
If you research "W204 roof wing" or "W204 roof spoiler", you'll find lots of info. Seems there's also a "VIP Roof Wing" for the same car, which is absolutely hideous.
Thinking... thinking... I suppose one way to get answers is to hit up a Merc forum. Man, I just *KNOW* I would love to have that exactly trim piece to fit the G Sedan, in gloss black. I'm like 99% sure of it. Here's another example, with a white roof even. Just ignore the stupid fender flares, LOL.
And here's another, also white with a white roof, but a CF spoiler:

Happybuyitnow wrote me back through their ebay account, with an offer of $80 USD shipped on a gloss black Extreme III roof wing. I'm going to roll the dice and order it.
