That's one thing you can't say about the Carsmo *****. They look and feel like high quality, perfectly machined, solid aluminum. That impression starts the moment you open the packaging, which in of itself is pretty impressive.

Haha! Yeah, they are not going to feel the same as $60 machined pieces, no doubt about it. I just had a tough time swallowing that price tag. I am not really cheap, just like to get bang for my buck.

Maybe that makes me cheap...

They are definitely thin metal. They feel ok by me though. Personally I'd have much preferred the Carsmo *****, but for ~$100 to get them into Canada It's a pill I just couldn't swallow.

I would not even cough up the $60. I think they are just gorgeous, but $60 for ***** that I can spend on so many other things, tough to swallow indeed.

I honestly wish they had more vendors in canada so we wouldn't have to pay a ridiculous amount for shipping and the currency conversion.

Everything up here is crazy expensive. R2C intakes would run about ~$650 if I recall correctly.

We are also upset about the cost of shipping to Canada. USPS is really greedy in this aspect. 100% of the surcharge for Canadian customers go towards shipping.

Yea those carsmo do look nice. I just don't think they go well with my wood interior trims.

$60 is probably one of the cheapest mods you can do to your car, yes I know the key word to title of this thread is "poor" but this is something you look at & touch every single day. Carsmo ***** are well worth the extra stretch in budget IMO and should've been the first mods I did. I don't have experience with the eBay knockoff but just looking at the pictures I can tell they are nowhere near in quality.
