I've been very happy with my Carsmo Knobbs. Definitely classes up the dash.

In hopes of more ideas, keeping this thread bumped. I'll throw in my +1 for CARSMO *****. It's not just the look (which is great), but as one of the primary touch surfaces that you regularly use in the car, the feel is just spectacular.

Also, a warning about Diode Dynamics: you might think it's a cheap mod to pop in some LEDs, but next thing you know you're dropping a couple hundred on every light they sell.

Cost: $25.00 (eBay)

Puddle Lamp projector lights that projects Infiniti Symbol and name under the door. Also has additional LED lights to light up the area. Simply remove the stock light housing and replace it with this projector house. It took 2 minutes to install these on the driver and passenger door. Not sure what others will think of these but my kids and wifey think they rock (two for 1)!

I have one set of them available if anyone is interested, I bought two sets thinking there was rear door puddle lamps while at work.

EDIT: Just noticed that the projection looks a little distorted near the end of the
"Infiniti" it is just the rough surface it is shining onto.

My $30 rubber floor mats (front only) from Pep Boys that i had left over from a Ford Ranger i leased back in '00. They've been stored in my closet since '03. They're thicker than whale sperm and are a blessing, especially on rainy days, having a tan interior, including the OEM floor mats.

They were completely square so i laid the G floor mats down on top of these and trimmed along the foot rest and gas pedal area with an exacto blade, including the holes for the floor hooks. They work great and their black so they hide the dirt real well. They need a good scrub right now since i just her back from the body shop and haven't had a chance to clean up my G yet...

Buy a used G35 08+ intake manifold spend 15 mins to mod the holes and have M370. Only thing left would be sourcing the bolts.

Not to derail a great thread but real quick, lol...

Would this be worth doing on a stock set up VQ with not much else but MAF tubes and K&N drop ins? Or would it be best suited for a CAI like a Stillen etc.. and CBE?

I've read a couple threads on here regarding the M370. I think you and a couple of other members commented on it awhile back?

There's a slight drop off of HP/trq in the low to mid range but an increase the upper range? But you and had some other mods to your car already at the time as well? Correct me if i'm wrong

I'm looking for low end. Any recommendations? I drive 99% of the time in the city limits. Rarely on the highway.

just hit mid to high rev range in low gear

the m370 alone does get work. the concept is plenum shape and capacity.

However, it would work better with a port DIY.
Maybe someone can create the proper porting stencil to use so we can all just dremel/sandpaper our plastic manifolds

edit: nevermind that question, the high-polished may be a bit too glammy for my interior.

But may I ask, to those who bought these *****: you know how some stainless steel surfaces have that tendency to highlight/magnify fingerprints? Do these ***** have that tendency?
