Leaving car sit for a week?

My yellow top is hooked up to my audio system and it has never been used its been sitting for 4-5 years without power, it is at 2 amps right now, the audio shop told me he will try charging it up but he thinks it's gone.
He also told me he had the car on a voltage meter for exactly 4 days and it dropped from 12.26 volts to 12.05 volts today right before he started the car. I don't know what that means but he said that sounds normal.
EDIT: Reading online anything 12.4 and remaining stable is good, and 12.6 is excellent. For my car to be a 12.26 after 24 hours of sitting and 12.05 after 96 Hours of sitting doesnt sound right, specially when the battery is pretty darn new installed by Infiniti, and the whole TSB with Vent Control Valve was replaced and the BCM/ECU was reprogrammed to turn Alternator on more often, there is some leak somewhere
