Weird Noise when going over bumps

The hotchkis bushing brackets have a zerk fitting on it. Use a grease gun that attaches to the fitting and squeeze in silicone grease. Don't use water-base grease as it will wear off with moisture.
I would loosen up the brackets to allow grease to move in. Otherwise you won't get anything in.

A quarter past stripped
Hey guys recently Ive been hearing a noise when I go over speed bumps or deep dips in the road.. Its sounds like plastic or rubber rubbing together or getting crunched. And I think it coming from my front shocks or springs. I looked over the bottom of the car and i didnt see anything out of the ordinary... what do you think it is? or what could cause it??

I'm glad this thread is back up so I can share my thoughts. My car was experiencing a squishy sound over bumps/dips and more noticeable during the cold (as mentioned on the first page). When I took my car into Infiniti for an oil change, I let the service adviser know about the noises I was having. Later found out it had nothing to do with the shocks or stock suspension.
A week later I brought my car to Corner3Garage (Laguna Hills) for the noise. It was determined that my bushings were completely dry. They took off the brackets and bushings, cleaned all the debris that was stuck on and regreased it. Problem gone.
Notes:
-Pumping in grease from the zerk fitting is completely USELESS. This method only puts a little grease in between the bracket and bushing. What you really need is for the grease to sit in between the bar and bushing.
-The silicone grease is more likely to loosen up and drip away during the hot summer weather.
-At 28K, didn't need to replace Hotchkis bushing, as they were still in the same shape as day one. *I almost purchased the rebuild kit thinking my bushings were deformed*

Anyone ever find out the solution for this? I added grease to my hotchkis swaybars but I still hear the squeaky noise? My friend mentioned it could be the wheel bearing and possibly the bushings, but some guy above also noted it was the strut assembly. Not sure what to do as both as equally expensive, but I'd probably do it myself.
My noise is more so kinda when turning / going slow and not necessarily over bumps
