Getting my 4 Post Lift installed tommorow

Guys,

I will do a good post with pictures, but I have been hard at work the last few months coordinating everything, buying parts, lining up installers, etc etc.

Epoxy Painted my Floor 2-3 months ago as step1 and now I am almost finished with the entire project.. Added 2 High Lift Garage Door Kits and 2 List Master 3800 jack shaft garage door openers. Now, there will be nothing above my car (no garage door opener motor or chains). I have 13 foot ceilings so I can lift it to the maximum height which is 82" and it will clean up the garage too.

Also got a New Puma 20 Gallon Air Compressor from northern Tools (needed for air saftey release on the BendPak lift) and so I can run air tools. Never had an air compressor before. Also got a Craftsman stackable 3 level tool chest at Sears on Black Friday for 50% off, $300 and picked up a 8 gallon stainless steel shop vac too.

Getting a BendPak 4 Post Lift simlar to this:

Also got a sliding 4,500 lb. sliding air jack to make things easy.

I can pick up one side to do brakes and take off tires, etc.

I will add a Post AFTER it is all done.

Merry Christmas Guys

The Bandit...........

Nice buddy! Why not get two air jacks so you can completely lift the car?

Wow. Santa's sleigh is going to need a couple extra reindeer when he visits your house.

That's going to be quite the setup, be sure to detail everything when it's all up.

how tedious was the epoxy floor project? I recall you posting about it months back. I will be looking to do that soon in my new house. Seems like all the prep and multiple coats just requires a lot of waiting. What kit did you use?

Have the same setup - 4 post lift, liftmaster 3800 with "high lift" garage door conversion, and epoxy floor. I had the floor profesionally applied because the concrete floor needed some touch up and grinding before application. So jealous about the air jack - I still use a $15 bottle jack and jack stands to work on the front or rear axle.

So much easier to do brake jobs at chest level than hunched over with the car on the ground.

The 4 post lift makes working on the car a pleasure. Nice!

Incredible. One day I hope to have a set-up like that.

A few miles away from me, a guy tore his whole house down and had a new one built in its place. Four car garage with lifts on both sides. His driveway is tiled. Every time I drive by that house I have to wipe the drool.

I would love a lift but I don't think I could have a car on top and one under, still would be nice though. What is the lift going to set you back?

EDIT: Never mind, thats not the kind of lift I would be looking for anyway.
