Any mods planed?

Post some pics when you get a chance too!
I definitely will post pics soon. I fully agree with your 1st statement. No mods planned except tinting the windows. I'm a bland, keep it stock kind of guy.

Just confirmed with Infiniti. The 6 years / 100,000 (i put 7 years previously which is wrong) for all CPO vehicles includes the original basic warranty and powertrain. However, there is a $50 deductible for claims unlike the original warranty. Sounds pretty good to me.

I I'd say got somewhere between a fair deal and good deal. I recently (last month) got a slightly better deal on the same car so I'll give you might stats for comparison:

2009 G37S
24,3XX Miles
Auto Trans
Sports Package
Tech Package
Navigation
Back-Up Camera
11 months left on the factory warranty
Excellent Condition inside and out (had it cleared by a mechanic)
Price $25k even

There's like 2 grand in some change price between our cars, but I live in the bay area where cars are cheaper because there are so many dealers and buyers in one place the competition kinda drives the prices lower. The BB value is around 28-29k so anything lower than that is a decent deal congrats!

2 years ago i paid $26k for my '09 G37S 6MT. so it was 1.5 yrs old at the time. premium, sport, rear trunk lip, illuminated kickplates, trunk mat/net, Navi. exact colour combo i was looking for. it had 21k miles, former owner was a MYG37 member - i found it in the marketplace section! it now has 33k miles. mint condition, no accidents/claims.

the only catch for me was that i had to ship it from Baltimore to Vancouver, Canada. then pay duty, tax, and a few other small fees. by the time it arrived at my door it was $35k, which was still a bit better then buying local. but the real reason i bought it was because i searched Canada for 6 months (new & used) for a 6MT sedan with no luck! so for me it was a selection issue, not cost. if i could have found a CDN car i would have bought it.

That's for schedule 1. I follow schedule 2 and do it every 7500 mile. My car is driven 95% of the time in the hwy. Other than that I also check my oil regularly since I follow the schedule 2 maintenance. My car has 43K mile and has never been in the shop for anything other than routine maintenance.

Just want to remind you guys that the OP's is a CPO with great manufacturer warranty. It doesn't make a lot of sense by comparing it to a third party or private party deal which certainly will have lower price. I think it was a pretty good deal.

That's a good deal you got. I found a few that were sold by dealers and private parties that were cheaper but not immaculate condition. Mine had full service records, new tires and brake, and since it's certified, full warranty till end of 2015. I just like to compare and see how I did. I would give myself a "B" I could have probably waited and got a little better deal but man, i fell in love with this car and couldn't wait. anyways, thanks for the reply.

Don't sell yourself short, more like a B+ Especially for the beginning/middle of the month when dealers usually don't drop in price very much.
