I hope it grows on me but I don't like the back end. It looks too much like a BMW or something in the photo of the white one.

After looking at those videos and other Utube reviews (of course, I don't see Road tests yet), it has given me PAUSE to cancel my contemplated deal for an early termination on my current 2010 G37X for a 2013 M37X. Given the M is roomier, seems to drive well (for now - see some of the comments again about the 7AT which rears its Ugly Head in the 20103 M too!), the innovations and look of the Q50 has intrigued me. Who cares what they brand it (G vs. Q ), bottom line is the look and of course, the Drive. I think I heard that there is a new Dual Clutch 7AT....Hopes that "cures" the lagging quirky current 7AT. (see the Thread about Reprogramming the 7AT). I also am very interested in the Hybrid version, I would give serious consideration. It seems that the new Hybrids are not as obvious with the loss of trunk space nor as ridiculous looking Prius, etc.... Ford Fusion / Lincoln MKZ have also done a very nice job on the new versions. "it's Not Your Grandfather's Hybrid" (oh excuse me.....Buick).

Car looks good! Not the best design but still not terrible.

Motor Tread has a good 2 page article on the Q50 in their new issue.

"Lets make it clear the steer-by-wire is not mandatory on the Q50, a plain old hydraulic steering system aims to please the majority of there buyers."

So if they are right, the Steer-by-wire is probably only apart of the Tech package.

The car looks more refined, and more like the M series...I think it's starting to grow on me.

Is it just me or the red reflectors in the back look out of place.

No, it's not just you. I agree that the reflectors shouldn't be there. I like the eagle/hawk talon design they have in their headlights and taillights.

It will be very hard to bring back the 6MT to the Q50 by modding!

LoL. I think if it wasn't for the RWD platform I would have gone with the new MKZ with the retractable glass roof.
