Lol. The 5 series?

But really, I don't have a law firm in my sig, so what do I know?

Automotive opinions from the Law Firm of Del Carmen & Mangal. Man, that's pretty funny.

+1

very nice updates and changes, but I haven't gotten that feeling like I'm missing out on the newest greatest or anything like that.

Still waiting to see what the coupe has to offer though.

Yeah I read it again and realized my booboo... still... I may actually consider a hybrid in the future if the performance really is that much better. Only a test drive this summer will be able to tell me. Even so, I'm at minimum, 2 years away from upgrading. Who knows what will be out by then.

Hopefully that means that there is a setting in that system for everyone :P
as awesome as it sounds, dont get too excited....its not a full out hyper car, so by "customizing" im sure is going to be SUPER limited.

I haven't had a chance to check the new specs yet. I was surprised that my parents Maxima has ventilated front seats, but the current G does not offer them.
the buttons dont look like its ventilated, however one of the articles did mention something about it, coulda been wrong

I will be interested in the performance of the hybrid. The M35h did mid 13's between 104-108 mph and that thing is 4000 lb's.

I bet the Q hybrid should be 0-60 about 4.8-4.9 and 1/4 mile low 13's. All depending on the weight of the car. That is right with the 335i and very close to S4 straight line performance.

It’s a shame to say it…because I truly love this new Sedan, but the no-manual is the deal breaker. My lease is up in February of 2014 and at that point in time, I will return my keys to Infiniti and buy me a cheap *** beater and wait for the reveal of the coupe, which will have the 6MT.

Only reason I bought the Sedan is because it looks better to me than the G37 Coupe, and this new Q50 is truly a beautiful car, but it is not for me. The Q60 Coupe 6MT will be the car for me.

A lot of the technology looks impressive and definitely in keeping up with MB, BMW, Lexus, etc...
Although until I can test it first hand I am always weary of things adaptive such as transmission or steering. It could be hit or miss with the 7AT it was definitely miss.
I do like their efforts to integrate the latest app technology into the car though.

The press release says there IS an available heated steering wheel (not that I care though).

Anyone else notice that leather is no longer standard...rather leatherette will be what is on the base model.

A-HA! Take that, Black Betty! LOL

Not that it matters. I want to actually drive my car, not ride along passively inside some giant smartphone with wheels.

I hope so, but there's plenty of time for Infiniti to change their minds on that... I don't know if offering a Q60 6MT is consistent with the vision of the new president or not. Also, it's quite likely that they won't be offering 6MT with the hybrid.
