LOL that's like complaining the menu at a restaurant has frog legs in it.. you don't have to order it man Some G drivers who are over concerned with mpg may enjoy frog legs every once in a while.

Kind of like the Traction Control feature. Honestly, I wish it would just stay off when I turn it off, and only turn on when I want it. Alternatively, it would be nice if the switch were somewhere more appropriate... like at the top of my 6MT shifter. That would be fun.

The only thing you could be worried about is whether or not this switch needs to be reset each and every time you drive the car. If that's the case, then yes, it would be crazy annoying. Otherwise, you're making something out of nothing.

At the very least, relocate (or redundantly duplicate) the TC switch into the panel next to the shifter, like where the heated seat ***** are.
If I had even a rudimentary skill at electronics and wiring, that would be a must-have for me. I HATE having to look under the steering wheel and find that damned switch. It really ruins the mood that make me want to turn it off in the first place.

ECO pedal is activated when you switch the selector to ECO mode, its disabled when your in SPORT mode. And it stays in the Mode you leave it in.
Considering almost every other OEM offers mode selectors on almost all there cars (lux cars atleast), I think its safe to say it will be in the G.

15,000 miles maintenance
The 'Other maintenance' alert is on. Do you know what dealership will do for it? I have changed the engine filter and cabin filter myself couple months ago. Anything else should I do?

I have it on good authority that the new G is debuting at the New York auto show in Early April (like the G37 did), we are all gonna have to wait a little longer.

And Car and Driver has driven the camo'd IS350 prototype: Car & Driver
Looks like the G has little to worry about, although another IS-F is coming a bit later.
