Thinking about getting this sedan spoiler...thoughts?

I have always thought this idea would look good but have not been able to find anyone who has tried it. I believe that is also the same spoiler on the newer Maximas. I also think that the Altima Coupe spoiler might look good as well.

If you like it (which it seems you do), go for it. It's your car.
I bought mine from a company on ebay. INFINITI G37 ALL 4 DOOR MODELS Factory Style Painted Spoiler Wing Trim 2009-2013 | eBay
The quality is superb. The paint job is top notch. Install is super easy. I considered getting OEM, but Infiniti doesn't carry this spoiler in Vibrant Red.

I think the G sedans look sleeker without any spoilers. IMO The car has nice lines to begin with, kind of like a "shark gliding through water". Wings, spoilers, etc. just break up the flow.

I originally did like the spoiler that you're thinking about. Then I found out about the V1 and V2 duckbill spoilers from Carbon Signal, I think it flows with the lines of the car better and looks sleek, here's the link if you want to see what they look like.

Maybe a black chrome grill and that's it

The one that covers the chrome lip would be the Stillen V2 Lip Spoiler. From what I've read online installation is a breeze. However, the OEM Lip Spoiler requires a bit of patience and drilling into your trunk.

Ok, thread resurrection...sorry.
This spoiler: http://www.ebay.com/itm/07-10-G35-G37-Sedan-4D-Rear-Bumper-Top-Tail-Trunk-Lip-Wing-Spoiler-Painted-Paint-/140928433293?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item20cffd3c8d&vxp=mtr
One has to admit that it has a certain look that tends to lean more to the OEM side as compared to the Duckbill spoiler right? $100, that's crazy.
Regarding 2-sided tape, has anyone ever removed a spoiler after installing it? I used it for the spoiler on my 2004 and that thing seemed permanent.
If easy to remove, this spoiler almost seems like a no-brainier, even if only serving as a transition between stock and the OEM duck-bill (I still find myself trying to like the duck bill).
