Hey I'm a new 2010 g37 sedan owner and had quick questions after searching and browsing through the forum.

1) Can these side mirrors fold at all? I read only convertibles have auto folding side mirrors but can I manually fold?

2) For my key FOB, how do I know if I have security alarm system? I'm assuming they come as option right? I want to check and see if I have one.

you can fold manually.

there's no "alarm" like a traditional aftermarket alarm. if you tap your car, nothing happens. if you break the window and open the door (or force anything to open), then the horn will sound and kills the engine.

 

1. Yes you can manually fold the mirrors.
2. Yes all g37s come with a security system. It's not like an aftermarket unit with a motion sensor but it is an immobilized and I also think the alarm will go off if someone opens a door while armed. Not sure on the latter though.
