I have a small tear on my driver's side door, as well. I'll ask them to repair it when I next go to the dealer.

To me... 4 yrs and 60k miles bumper to bumper means just that. The leather or vinyl or whatever the hell it is should not have tears in it from normal use.

I had a tear on the drivers door arm rest and they replaced the whole door panel under warranty. They also replaced the shift **** and the alluminum trim on both doors under warranty. Take it in and see what they say. So far i've had my rear subwoofer replaced twice, my rotors replaced, my steering wheel replaced and the things i mentoined above under warranty. And all i did was mention it to my service advisor. No hassling at all.

Exactly. Because Infiniti, USA pays the dealer to fix it, under the factory warranty, so your dealer actually makes money on the fix.
