I'm going to order the road-rash kit from Dr Colorchip, I'll probably still need more but that should get me started, lol. I think I'll probably vinyl wrap the bumper later on or just end up getting a sport bumper when the time comes.

Don't worry about letting it dry, it'll come off even after an hour or 2, deeper scratches have to be built up over several applications.
I've used the approach Rochester mentioned with success on my truck, it just takes a lot of time and effort. I used one of these, it's a 2K grit sanding block, soaked overnight in car wash/water mixture.

I got the biggest one they offered, it has a lot of paint in it (at least 3 OEM pens worth), I think you'll be ok with that one. I also ordered the little rubber squeegee thing they have, some recommend a credit card, but IMO it's worth the $2 to throw in your order.

MUCH better photos, newt! Close enough to see the details, but not so close as to see the flaws. Good focus, and soft lighting. Very nice.
