Limited / Anniversary Edition Sedan
#91
Hopefully not too offtopic here - what years and models did the anniversary/limited looking wheels come in the dark smoked gunmetal versus the lighter gunmetal/gray on these cars?
I'd like to get a set of those but probably horribly expensive through the parts dept.

In 2012, the LE came with the "hyperblack" wheels, they are almost (but not quite) black.
I prefer the hypersilver myself, but I think some of the change had to do with the complicated process of painting something hypersilver. It also involves a basecoat that may contain lead.
I dont think ANY wheel is cheap thru the dealer, obviously "limited edition" wheels are probably even more expensive. I personally dont like the look of the wheels, so there may be people like me that are actually replacing them (Im not buying new wheels for my car). Maybe you can find a used set?

In 2011, the Limited Edition wheels were "hypersilver". Its more of an actual silver looking color vs the "pale gray" of the standard painted wheels

Thanks guys, it's the hyperblack I guess I'm looking for, been looking on ebay for a while now with such a limited number of them it's probably going to not pan out. The dealer could be a LOT and probably won't go that way.

Newbie here - 1st post. I just recently picked up a CPO 2010 Anniversary Edition sedan (with that red interior). I just love it.
I've been driving full sized SUVs for the past decade (an Armada was the most recent), so the jump to the G37 was quite a change. I'm still a bit in shock concerning the how much smaller it is inside, but from a performance standpoit, I am just completely blown away.
I had originally wanted a 370Z, but the more I looked in to it, the more I liked the idea of a four door version instead.

A few of the important dimensions are bigger in the G, but Ill say equal since I know there are different ways to measure to make it seem better.

My other brother in law didnt even test drive it....sat down in it to drive it and immediately got out because of the horrible seats.
Ashame the TL doesnt seem the be the car it once was. We just took our '03 down to Virginia and back and got 28mpg, on a car with ~100K miles.

Where did you find the production numbers for the 2011 G37 LE? I'm trying to figure out how many of them were AWD. I just purchased a 2011 G37x LE and love it! Been looking online for total numbers produced/sold in US but can't find anything.

Still salty they didn't make the LE with a 6MT. Those red seats look AMAZING
