2012 Sport Lights

I could not find anything by searching but I know the Infiniti website states that the sedan with the Sport package is supposed to have unique headlights. I just traded my 2009 Sport coupe for the 2012 sedan but cannot tell the difference.

How are they unique?

the sedan won't have the sporty headlights but the new sport coupes will..sporty mean they will have black inlays to give it a more smoked look..heres a pic between my sport sedan and a sport coupe..see how the coupe's lights are bit smoked..

i've also read on the website and on window stickers of S sedans and it said unique headlights. I still can't see a difference.

Has to be something

There has to be something that makes it different

The sport pkg headlights have a smoked look to them - you can tell the dif when a sport pkg sedan is parked next to a non-sport pkg. Otherwise...not too much..

it must be a VERY LIGHT smoke, because I've looked at a sport package light from every angle, in the dark, in the sun, and I can't really see a difference. do you have pics of your lights in comparison to a non sport light?

i think the sport headlights are considered "black chrome", they're not quite as shiny, but the difference is barely noticeable unless you stare at them both.

Very hard to tell if you dont have them side by side but sports have a very slight smoke to them.

Based on the above pic, it looks like the shroud on the sport has a slight smoke/tinge compared to the non-sport.

I have to admit I have a sport and never knew this. It seems silly to offer something that is so negligible that you have to have them side-by-side to see a very slight difference. It's a shame they didn't go darker.
