Door lock "beeps" are gone.

Not sure what I did, the single beep when you unlock one door, the dual beeps when you unlock all doors and the beep when you lock it up are now silent. I was messing w/ the fob and may have de-activated them. I looked through the owners manual with no luck. Anyone w/ any help?

I think you can change those beeps in the comfort settings in the car's menu. In my old BMW you had to hold down the lock button for 5 or 10 seconds to turn those beeps on and off.

The beep is only from the door handle button, pushing the fob button will honk (or you can silence that with the same procedure).

Man, yeah, thanks, I've been bothered by the silence when locking my doors, never realized there was such an easy fix!

Nope. Either you get both or nothing.

If you opt for nothing, you will still get the "beep" when opening your trunk though.
