G Sedans are safe!!!

Hello Guys

New here at my G37.com. I had a 2008 G35 Sedan that was involved in a MVC last November. That accident was a result of the other driver not paying attention. Anyhow I was perfectly fine other than a bruised knee. My poor ride was totaled as you guys can see on the pictures toward the bottom. I figured I would let you guys witness how safe our rides are!!

BTW. I was going straight and the person was making a left into the shopping center to my right. The other driver made the turn without looking and pulled in front of me. I hit the other car at around 40 MPH and actually crashed toward the right. I ended up going over the guardrail and crashed in to the shopping center. That's why the pictures showed me next to a building. The car actually sled about 20 feet after it went over the guardrail.

My Old ride had the following mods

INJEN CAI
STILLEN CBE
BERKS HFC
UPREV TUNE
STILLEN Transmission cooler
271 WHP

2008 Infiniti G35 VQ35HR » J-Tune Performance

Here's aftermath....

And this is the ONLY injury I had. Just bruising!

From the Ashes I got this....
2011 IP G37X Sedan !!!!

Glad you're ok. Nice to have those airbag curtains I would imagine.

Good luck with your new G, and have fun modding it again

Wow. tough to see that G in such a state, sure glad you came out OK. Were you able to save any of your mods for your new G (which looks pretty sweet BTW) ?

Sadly I was not able to save anything. The catback exhaust was in pieces across the road. The intake and transmission cooler was also too damaged to be saved. Pretty much everything underneath the car was destroyed when the car went over the guardrail. All my wheels were also bent and unusable. Cuts deep......

This happened in China a couple of years ago. It was reported that the driver only sustained minor injuries. Amazing!

Wow that looks insane. Glad to hear you came out with just bruising.

On another note, you live in my neighborhood. Or at least used to since I haven't seen you around in forever lol

LOL I seen you around all the time. Yeah that building in the picture is actually the PNC bank next to our development on 273 with the Burlington Coat Factory. Yeah I moved a few months ago.

Glad to see you are alright. May your G RIP. This is actually a great fear that I have, dumb drivers messing up my baby. If its not too much prying, what insurance did you have? Or Im assuming the other driver was made responsible. My question without beating around the bush is, did you pay a lot out of pocket for your new G?
